The purchase of items or services from our website implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Licensing
All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. You are allowed to remove the copyright information in the footer and make any modifications you want to your themes.
Clipart and Images
Demo images displayed on our live previews are provided for demonstration purposes only and are not part of the licensed product unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any photographs, stock images, videos, illustrations, fonts, or other third-party assets shown in the demos remain the property of their respective copyright owners and may be subject to separate license terms.
Purchasing a WPOpal product does not grant you any license or right to use these third-party assets. If you wish to use the same assets, you are solely responsible for obtaining the appropriate licenses directly from the respective copyright owners or replacing them with your own content.
Where applicable, placeholder images are used in the downloadable package instead of the original demo images. Upon request, our support team can provide information about the original asset sources to help you obtain the appropriate licenses.
Licensing
When a premium plugin is bundled with the theme, you can use the plugin without any issues. Such plugins are fully functional even though you don’t get a plugin purchase code for activation. Since you purchased a bundled product, you do NOT have a license key for that plugin so you can’t enter anything in this field. Updates to the plugins are provided when the theme itself is updated and via tickets. However, if you want automatic updates and support from the plugin developer you need to purchase it separately (this is 100% optional).
Third-Party Assets
Our products may demonstrate compatibility with or reference third-party assets, including stock photography, icons, fonts, plugins, or other materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no ownership, copyright, or license to these third-party assets is transferred to the purchaser.
WOPal is not responsible for ensuring that purchasers have the necessary rights to use third-party assets outside the scope of the product demonstration. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required licenses before using such assets in production websites.
Intellectual Property Disclaimer
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that all demo materials are properly licensed or replaced when necessary, third-party copyright ownership remains with the respective rights holders.
If any third-party asset is later identified as requiring removal or replacement, WPOpal reserves the right to update the product, remove the affected asset from demonstrations or downloadable files, and substitute it with alternative content without affecting the functionality of the product.

We produce themes and templates that our clients can use as platforms to build websites that, in turn, become available to their clients. “WPOpal” and the contents of it’s website https://https://wpopal.com is owned and operated by WPOpal Team, the company incorporated in the jurisdiction of Vietnam, located at Ha Noi, Viet Nam, as well as any its affiliates and/or subsidiaries.
WPOpal provides quality products and services that relate to the usage of these products. Your use of the website and the items composes your agreement to the terms and policies of WPOpal. These terms are under your responsibility to read and follow, as they may or may not be changed periodically without prior notice.
In return WPOpal is responsible for providing you with quality products that are sold as a digital download. Every customer can contact the company for technical assistance (please read Terms of Support prior to contacting the Support team) via our support system or on a theme’s forum in case you haven’t purchased any items yet.
We understand that gaining your trust can be achieved by selling premium products, and therefore we guarantee that all out items are designed and developed by professional designers. We give you a wide range of themes and templates that are highly customizable, multipurpose and feature-rich. We do not provide any services for 3rd party software, plugins or sources that you might have used with our themes and templates.
